Since escher, it seems that no one has created a hyperbolic tiling without the help of a dedicated computer program.
And these tilings are mostly taken from escher's drawings.
This one, not only was created without a computer program but is impossible to reproduce with.
It is, moreover, created in vector while those resulting from program are in pixels.
